Retool for Startups

Retool's Startup Program, per Retool's discount-programs documentation and retool.com/startups, gives eligible startups a 100% off coupon for one year, with a value up to $60k, on a monthly subscription to Retool's Team or Business plan, followed by a 25% off discount in the second year; after year two you graduate from the program. Startup members also get Retool Agents usage: up to 50 hours / $125 of free usage per month in year one and up to 20 hours / $50 per month in year two (with the 25% coupon applied beyond that). Retool's older blog post framed the offer as $25,000 in credits; the current docs are authoritative.

Eligibility (all must apply): bootstrapped, angel-funded, debt-funded, pre-seed, seed or Series A; less than $10 million in total funding; founded within the last 10 years; and a new Retool customer on the monthly Team or Business plan. Not eligible: customers already on a paid plan for multiple billing cycles, and organizations that have been part of the program before (an organization can only join once). Discount programs cannot be used on the Enterprise tier or any annual plan, and an organization can be accepted to only one of Retool's three discount programs (Startup, Nonprofit, Education).

To apply you first sign up for a free organization and upgrade to the monthly Team or Business plan in plans and billing settings (card details are required), then submit the Startup Program application. You receive a confirmation email on acceptance and the discount is applied automatically to your first invoice at the end of the first billing cycle; if you have not heard back after one week, email startups@retool.com. Retool does not offer extensions on expiry dates. VC funds, accelerators and incubators can add Retool to their deal book via startups@retool.com.
