About the incident.io program

incident.io's startup program gives new customers with fewer than 20 employees $1,500 off the Team plan. The Basic plan (incident response in Slack or Microsoft Teams, single-team on-call and a status page) is free, so the credit is aimed at the point where you move to the paid Team plan.

The credit is not applied automatically. You sign up for the Team plan, complete your first payment, and then email credits@incident.io to have the credits added. Credits expire 1 year after you move to the Team plan.

The Team plan adds multi-team on-call and alerting and workflows, and is priced per user per month, with on-call as a paid add-on. Other questions about the program go to startups@incident.io.
