- Credits expire one year after they are added to your organization.

About the Fly.io program
Fly.io for Startups (fly.io/startups) offers $15,000 in Fly.io credits (the page's closing line says up to $15,000) and a shared Slack channel with the Fly.io team to startups at the Seed or Series A stage. Eligibility requires being backed by a venture firm or an accelerator and not having received Fly.io startup credits before; bootstrapped or self-funded companies are explicitly not eligible, and Fly.io may ask you to verify funding with a quick email intro to your investor or accelerator.
Credits are added to your Fly.io organization and apply to usage across Machines, Sprites, Managed Postgres, volumes and bandwidth. They do not cover support plans, compliance packages or Machine reservations, which are billed separately. You do not need an account to apply, but you need a Fly.io organization before credits can be deposited.
Fly.io says credits expire one year after they are added to your organization, that a human reviews every application and replies by email within a week at most, and that when credits run out your apps keep running at standard Fly.io pricing.
