JetBrains Startup Program

The JetBrains Startup Program gives eligible startups 50% off commercial subscriptions: up to 10 IDE subscriptions, 10 paid team or learning tool subscriptions, and 10 JetBrains AI subscriptions, purchased over a five-year period. The discount expires five years after your approval confirmation or once you reach the purchase limits, whichever comes first.

Eligibility per jetbrains.com/startups: the company must be privately owned, able to show it was founded within the last five years, and have a website or other findable online presence. The discount is granted once per organization, cannot be extended to subsidiaries or sister companies, cannot be combined with other JetBrains discounts or special offers, and applies only to commercial licenses. Approved startups do not need to reapply.

If your startup is part of a partner incubator or accelerator, JetBrains asks you to use those benefits first before applying directly. Older blog posts describing a 3-year age limit or 10-person team cap are outdated; the current page uses the five-year rule.
